After more than 22 years as a designer and remodeling contractor, moving into real estate felt like a natural next step. Tracie wanted to use that experience to help people see beyond the surface of a home, recognize its potential, and make confident decisions about one of the biggest investments they will ever make.
Today she combines her knowledge of homes, construction, and the Gulf Coast market to help buyers, sellers, and investors make smart real estate decisions with honest guidance, thoughtful strategy, and someone firmly in their corner from beginning to end.
